I have a deep and abiding love for scientific research. My background includes research on horticulture, graduate education, Shakespeare, and the Black-White Paradox in mental health. I have had the honor of working as a research student in three academic departments (sociology, biology, and English) during my time as an undergraduate at Emory University.
My current honors thesis research in sociology concerns the relationship between socioeconomic position and risk of suicidal ideation and attempts. I hope to attend graduate school in sociology and research cross-cultural interpretations of mental health issues.
This section of my website contains my résumé, my curriculum vitae, and my podcasts on mental health topics. Please contact me with any queries!
